I've only had one life coaching experience in the past and it was not positive. It felt hierarchical and the coach made me feel like he knew everything and that I needed him to fix my life. I didn't like the anxiety and pressure it caused. My session with Tania was very different.
From the beginning, she created a safe, collaborative and communicative space. She naturally guided the conversation without making it feel scripted, and was able to organically pivot to focus on the things that stood out. I loved the interactive exercises and use of my physical body to hone in on certain ideas.
